在 Windows 8 Windows 10 微軟通過網絡發送 TCP 資料來提高系統的性能，包括提高了 Win10 系統的網速，該功能最初在
Windows Vista 出現，一直到現在，但是這並不是完全有用的，該功能雖然可以優化網絡，但並非完全有益，關閉後可能
會更好，網路連接速度更快。
